The downfall of dairy

The milk aisle has gotten a total makeover as consumers have abandoned the dairy farmer. Instead of different brands of whole, 2% and skim, options range from soy, almond, and oat. Younger generations care more about livestock emissions and with the rise of dairy allergies and lactose intolerance, Millennials and Gen Z have moved away from dairy milk. Scottie Nell Hughes speaks with Professor Sylvain Charlebois about why people are leaving cow's milk in the dust. The people behind "GOT MILK" tried to recruit comedian and actress Aubrey Plaza to promote dairy milk in a new satirical ad for "wood milk". International Correspondent Roxana Solano explains that the only problem is Gen Z and Millennials would probably want to try wood milk.
