“It’s either Hamid Karzai or civil war”

“Many people are pessimistic about voting because they believe that the results are already predetermined, so it is a waste of time to vote,” said Humira Noorestani, executive director at Ariana Outreach.

“I do not think it is going to be something like happened in Iran, but definitely from what I heard, if it is not Hamid Karzai, there would be almost another civil war, that is from my sources in Afghanistan,” Noorestani told RT. “Because people are used to being with the same leadership for eight years.”
