No way Putin and Medvedev will run against each other – chief of London Times

The Moscow Bureau Chief of the London Times newspaper spoke to RT about the 2012 elections and the Putin-Medvedev tandem.

“There isn’t any ideological difference between [Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev], so voters would simply be asked to take part in some sort of a beauty contest,” Talpin said.
