Putin evaluates Russian strikes on targets in Ukraine
Infrastructure attacks are having a direct and positive impact on military operations, the president says

Strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure are both effective and timely, and are helping troops carry out their combat missions, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The attacks are disrupting Ukraine’s ability to deliver military equipment and ammunition to its forces and to rotate personnel along the frontline, he said.
