Ambassador Jalali praised the close relationship between Iran and Russia, emphasizing that Western attempts to create division between the two countries have failed. He also stressed that Iran holds no hostility toward the American people, despite recent tensions, and stated that the only real obstacle to restoring ties is Washington’s insistence on Tehran’s capitulation.
