Wayne Dupree: We need to stop voting for leaders who don’t care about our future

Wayne Dupree: We need to stop voting for leaders who don’t care about our future

We have got to find better ways to vet our local, state and national leaders before we vote them into office. We just don’t know where they stand on many issues, and then get a shock when they do things we don’t agree with.

Fear has been used since the beginning of time to control populations; the less education the community has, the easier it is to control them through this tactic, hence the reason governments have been systematically sabotaging education for decades.

In the case of America, a sycophantic media has become the propaganda arm of the big government socialists shouting down all who disagree. Looks familiar? It should: we are reliving the rise of national socialism circa 1933 in Germany – the focusing of the media on hating all who are different or dare to disagree, while the rich and powerful (except a small number on whom the group focuses their hate) get on board with the movement to increase their wealth on the backs of the rest.

What I want to know is what are these leeches going to do when they push the makers out, and they are left only with the takers?

The major news networks and internet sites are all private businesses. The goals are driven by one thing and one thing only: profit. And that’s their right under the Constitution. We all have a right to make a living off the work that we do. As long as they feel their comment sections are bringing in “clicks,” which drives up their ad rates, we will have comments. When they are gone, we are gone.

I am an independent conservative, and my political leanings are to the right, but I am not an idiot. Even I know it’s disingenuous to pretend that it is only one political party that tramples on our freedoms, but the blame shouldn’t start with them, it begins with us. We don’t vet our local, state and national leaders. We don’t know where they stand on many issues before we need to know in real time.

The sad thing is that the people (note, THE PEOPLE) are continuing to vote for the very ones who will take away our freedoms because ignorant people only have a “give us cake, for tomorrow we die” attitude. One thing we know for sure, these politicians didn’t get there on their own. We put them there. And then we act shocked when their true colors come to light. Anyone who promises things I can’t get on my own, beware. There is always a price to pay.

Portland is a critical example. Community leaders have been the thorn in peace for years now. The thing I am most concerned about right now is if we are headed into a civil war. Right now, our nation resembles Beirut in the ‘80s. Okay, that may be a stretch, but not by much. What I want to know is how we are going to be protected during all of this violence? We need more than leadership; we need help.

There has to be a part of your lifeforce that believes Americans are concerned more about ideology, politics, and patriotism than most think. The problem is that the act of voting does not provide for an immediate response from the voting public to force action from politicians. Also, voters are not organized to fight tyrannical forces (such as George Soros) who want to destroy America and replace the sovereignty of countries – ours included – with a one-world global government. Communists, on the other hand, have an agenda and are focused on that agenda.

These politicians don’t operate on the same level as the ordinary American who wants to provide for their family, prosper, live by the rule of law, and generally wants only to live peacefully. These values are not shared by the control-seeking socialist/communists who believe only in a chaotic godless society ruled by them.

We are still sheep, thanks to the socialist MSM and colleges, while the communists remain the wolves. Fortunately, we still have some sheepdogs around. They must be fed and supported by – yes – a lazy and apathetic (but patriotic) voting public that needs to educate themselves and be able to take immediate, organized action against destructive evil organizations such as BLM.

Americans WILL stand united behind the candidate that is pro-police and anti-anarchy. They will vote for the candidate that is pro-closed-borders. They will vote for the candidate that is pro-deportation. They will vote for the candidate that is taking a hard stance against anarchy and domestic terrorists who are attacking American cities, businesses, and homes.

Americans will vote for the candidate that is tough on China, tough on trade tariffs, and hell-bent on putting America First. That is the candidate who will win this November, so best they both follow these rules and try to deliver the best possible solution and policies.
