Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is holding a news conference following talks with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Geneva. During their bilateral talks, the diplomats focused mainly on the situation in Ukraine, and Russia’s list of proposals for security guarantees, among other topics. Last month, Russia’s Foreign Ministry published draft security proposals with the aim of ensuring the security of Russia and NATO member states.
