United Nations Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura is speaking to the media after Syria peace talks came to an end in the Kazakh capital, Astana. The negotiations have been attended by delegations of the organizing nations – Russia, Iran and Turkey – as well as a UN delegation headed by de Mistura. Representatives of the Syrian government and armed opposition groups also took part in the negotiations.
