1,000 passengers evacuated at Kiev Intl Airport due to bomb threat
Around 1,000 passengers were evacuated at Kiev International Airport (Zhuliany) on Tuesday due to a bomb threat, media reports say. The decision was made at noon after the airport administration received an anonymous letter. Police, bomb-disposal experts, and dog handlers and were sent to examine the airport. Several flights were delayed. According to representatives of police in the Ukrainian capital, no explosives were found and the airport resumed its work an hour later. On February 27, police evacuated passengers from Kiev airport due to similar anonymous bomb threat.
