Main suspect in the Philippines cathedral bombings surrenders
Five people suspected of involvement in the January 27 twin bombing of a Catholic cathedral in Jolo, the Philippines, have surrendered to authorities, local police reported. One of them is Alias Kamah, the alleged leader of the group behind the attack, which claimed 20 lives and left dozens injured.
