Prisoners riot at S. Sudan detention center, seize weapons from storeroom

Inmates at a detention center in Juba, the capital of South Sudan, have started a riot, a security source and locals said. The inmates seized weapons from a storeroom and engaged in a stand-off with guards. Some guards helped prisoners to take the facility from the inside, a source told Reuters. The center reportedly hosts around 400 prisoners.
