Chinese rabies vaccine producer under fire for falsifying records
China's drug regulator has accused vaccine maker Changsheng Biotechnology of falsifying records related to a rabies vaccine used to inoculate infants. While no cases of people being harmed by the vaccine were reported, the government ordered the company to halt production and recall the product. Changsheng is now being investigated by several governmental bodies, including China’s top graft watchdog, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
