Normandy Four officials to discuss Donbass referendum in Berlin – Moscow

The Normandy Four meeting of political directors will be held at the end of this week in Berlin, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said on Monday. The last Normandy Four meeting on the events in eastern Ukraine took place in Berlin on June 11.
