Russia’s US envoy hopes arrangements reached at Trump-Putin summit will come true

“I want to believe, I want to hope that those handshake agreements and understandings reached between presidents will come true,” Alexander Antonov, Russian ambassador to the US, said, referring to the milestone one-on-one meeting of Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.
