Police shoot man at Miami-area Trump Doral Golf Club, officer injured

Police shot a man at the Trump National Doral Golf Club, a Miami-area resort owned by US President Donald Trump, early on Friday morning. The man, who was not identified, was taken to a local hospital, the Miami-Dade Police Department said on Twitter. It was unclear what condition he was in. Officers responded to a call about shots being fired in the lobby of the golf club. They exchanged gun fire, striking the subject, the department said. There were no "known victims", while an officer suffered a broken wrist, police said.
