Russia ready to promote practical cooperation between Seoul, Pyongyang – ministry

Moscow views the agreements signed in the Panmunjom Declaration at the inter-Korean summit in a positive light, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday. It also said that Russia is prepared to contribute to efforts aimed at establishing practical cooperation between Seoul and Pyongyang, TASS reported. “We are prepared to promote the establishment of practical cooperation between the DPRK and the Republic of Korea, including through the development of trilateral cooperation in the railway, electrical energy, gas and other sectors,” the statement said.
