California’s Bay Area struck by 4.4-mag earthquake
A 4.4-magnitude earthquake has been recorded in Oakland, California, according to the United States Geological Survey. The quake struck about 3km east of Berkeley, at a depth of 13km. There were no immediate reports of injury or damage, Reuters reports.
