Iran reopens traffic with Iraqi Kurdistan
Iran has reopened two border crossings with Iraqi Kurdistan, which it had closed after a controversial independence referendum last year, news agency ISNA reported. The crossings had been shut at the request of Baghdad, which opposed the Kurdish vote and later sent troops to reassert its sovereignty over the autonomous northern region.
