UN envoy de Mistura to discuss Syria in Moscow on Thursday – report
UN special envoy Staffan de Mistura will visit Moscow on Thursday for talks on the situation in Syria, RIA Novosti reported on Wednesday. De Mistura is expected to meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu. Preparations for a new round of Geneva peace talks on Syria will be discussed, as well as a proposed congress on Syria in Sochi, Russia.
