EU ministers approve sanctions on Venezuela, arms embargo
EU foreign ministers approved economic sanctions, including an arms embargo, on Venezuela on Monday. They will decide which individuals to target at a later stage, according to officials. Ministers agreed the arms embargo and the legal basis for travel bans and asset freezes without debate at a meeting in Brussels, Reuters said.
