2 servicemen killed, 5 wounded after ammunition explodes in Russia’s Transbaikalia

An officer and a contract service soldier have been killed after a spontaneous explosion of ammunition in Russia’s Transbaikalia region, RIA Novosti reported. The Defense Ministry also said that another officer and four servicemen were injured on Friday. The incident reportedly took place at a firing ground, when the servicemen were clearing it of unexploded ammunition, the military said.
