Damascus calls on UN Security Council to condemn Israeli strikes on Syria

Syria’s Foreign Ministry has called on the United Nations Security Council to condemn Israel’s attacks on its country, Reuters reported on Thursday. The statement followed an Israeli strike late on Wednesday. The ministry asked the Security Council to take “strict and immediate” measures to stop Israeli attacks, according to a SANA news agency report.
