Qatar welcomes Russian defense minister on 1st official visit
Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu arrived in Qatar Wednesday – the first time a head of the Russian Defense Ministry has made an official visit. Shoigu will hold talks on military and technical cooperation with his Qatari counterpart, Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah, according to defense ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov.
