Egypt extends state of emergency for 3 months
Published 12 Oct, 2017 10:14 | Updated 12 Oct, 2017 11:13Egypt has extended a state of emergency for another three months, starting Friday, Reuters said, citing a statement published by the official gazette on Thursday. Cairo first imposed the state of emergency in April after two church bombings killed at least 45 people. It was then extended in July for a further three months.
