War of rhetoric: Rice and Lavrov to meet
Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his U.S. counterpart Condoleezza Rice are to meet on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
This is going to be their first high-standing tête-à-tête since the war in the Caucasus region.
