Terrorists plotting to use weapons of mass destruction: Russian Security Service

Head of the Russian Federal Security Service, Nikolay Patrushev, says there is evidence terrorists are still plotting to use weapons of mass destruction. To prevent terrorism a group is set up to counter the ideology behind many attacks.
Mr Patrushev made his statement at the 8th National Anti-Terrorism Commission meeting in Moscow. He said the Committee is receiving information from Russian and foreign sources.The Head of the Federal Security Service called on the group to assess anti-terror security measures for key facilities in Russia.
