A local radio station in Tatarstan claims the U.S. democratic hopeful Barack Obama has plagiarised its president's slogan. 'Yes We Can' – the inspirational motto has been used by Obama and even turned into a rap song. The radio claims it's a tr

Journalists suggest it shows that the region's PR technologies are modern and competitive.
