Suicide bomber kills 21

At least 21 people died and 25 were wounded when a suicide bomber set off an explosion at an outdoor cafe in northern Iraq.

The attack struck the town of Tuz Khormato, 200 kilometres north of Baghdad. The cafe was near a Shia mosque, and was popular with worshippers. Police said most of the victims were elderly men.
