Sarkozy’s ex ties the knot in ‘revenge’ marriage
The former French first lady has remarried in New York. Cecilia Ciganer-Albeniz exchanged vows with Moroccan-born millionaire PR executive Richard Attias. Details about the ceremony have been kept under wraps.
The ceremony took place on the 65th-floor Rainbow Room at the top of the Rockfeller Centre in downtown Manhattan.
The 150 invited guests were told not to bring cameras.
Media reports have described it as “revenge marriage” for the French President's re-marrying so soon after their divorce.
