Ritz Carlton 5-star deluxe hotel opens in downtown Moscow (ITAR TASS)
A new five-star hotel in downtown Moscow, which has been built on the former location of the Intourist Hotel, is opening for guests, a source at the city administration told Itar-Tass on Sunday.
