Public “infiltrate” FSB

A body called Public Council has been formed at the Russian Federal Security Service. The FSB chief, Nikolay Patrushev, says the task of the council is to provide co-operation between the FSB and NGOs, as well as Russian citizens.

The head of the Public Council is Vasily Titov, who's also the Deputy President of VTB bank.
