President's kids prepare for life in the White House

Lego toys and Barbie dolls are on their way to the White House, as the newly-elected U.S. President Barack Obama makes plans to move his family to Washington DC.

Ten-year-old Malia Ann and seven-year-old Sasha will be the youngest children at the White House since Jimmy Carter's daughter Amy 27 years ago.

In a TV interview in July Sasha said it ‘would be cool’ to live at the White House, while her older sister looked forward to a chance to redecorate her own room.

The girls have been working hard to support their father during his presidential campaign, and all that hard work has paid off.
