Pakistan tests radar-invisible cruise missile
A Pakistani official says, it has successfully tested a cruise missile that is able to avoid radar detection. It has range of 700 kilometers, and can carry various types of war-heads, including nuclear ones.

The “Babar” or “Haft seven” missile was last tested in 2005.

The country's president and prime minister have congratulated scientists and engineers on an important success.

The test is part of Pakistan's ongoing efforts to consolidate its strategic capability and to strengthen national security.
