Pakistan successfully launches missile

Pakistan claims it has successfully test-fired a short-range missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. According to the Pakistani military, the weapon was a surface-to-surface ballistic missile with a range of 200 km.
The military also said the test confirmed that the Haft-II Abdali weapon met its desired technical specifications.
