No anti-missile systems in Russian embassies abroad: Defence Ministry

No anti-missile systems in Russian embassies abroad: Defence Ministry

Russian officials have rejected all media reports claiming Moscow was going to deploy elements of space control or anti-ballistic missile systems in its embassies abroad.

According to the Defence Ministry spokesman, Vyacheslav Sedov, this is misinterpretation of information concerning the development of such systems.

“No space control or anti-ballistic defence system have ever been stationed or will ever be stationed in Russian embassies abroad, which is definitely against international law,” he stated.
