India: collapsed building claims 10 lives
A 4-storey building has collapsed in northern India, killing 10 and injuring at least 25 construction workers. A senior police official said the building, an extension to a shopping arcade, collapsed while the workers were constructing the roof.
A further 10 were pulled from the debris by rescue workers aided by soldiers in the northern town of Allahabad.
