Energy Charter needs revision
The gas dispute between Russia and Ukraine has left Europe not only cold and frustrated, but also vulnerable, says Adrian Pabst from the University of Nottingham.
He believes Europe needs to rethinkits Energy Charter and overall energy strategy.
