Car accident claims Sochi mayor's daughter
Published 22 Jul, 2007 07:51 | Updated 22 Jul, 2007 11:51The five-year old daughter of Viktor Kolodyazhny, the mayor of Sochi, has died in a St. Petersburg's hospital. Valeriya Kolodyazhnaya fell out of a horse-drawn carriage and sustained severe injuries when the mayor and his family were sight-seeing.
There was a collision of the carriage the family was travelling in and a car on the Dvortsovaya embankment on Friday.
The car driver has been questioned by police in the course of the investigation.
