‘Inhumane, heartless, blatant’: Russian athletes, officials lambast Paralympic ban

The Paralympic medals will lose their value after the Court of Arbitration for Sport rejected Russia’s appeal against a blanket ban from the Rio Games, Russian athletes and officials said, calling the decision heartless, inhumane and politically motivated.
