Rio flame goes out as Olympic flag handed over to Tokyo (PHOTOS)
The Olympic flame in Brazil’s Rio went out following a spectacular show and official ceremony during which the IOC handed over the flag to the governor of Tokyo. The Japanese capital will host the next summer edition of the Games in 2020.
