Yukos: new lots designated

Yukos' head office, petrol stations and key production unit are about to go under the hammer. Yukos receiver Edward Rebgun says production unit Samaraneftegaz and three nearby refineries will be sold off in about a month.

The starting price of this lot is $US 6 BLN.

All of Yukos' petrol stations will be sold off in one lot, with a reserve of $US 296 MLN. Another one will comprise the company's Moscow property, including its downtown skyscraper HQ – the starting price is $873 MLN.

On Wednesday, EniNeftegas, a subsidiary of Italy's largest power company Eni, bought gas production unit ArcticGas and 20% of Gazpromneft for $US 5.8 BLN. Within hours, Gazprom said it would exercise an earlier-agreed option to buy the Gazpromneft stake from Eni.
