Swiss Zurich Financial Services Group buys 66% of Russian insurer
Zurich Financial Services Group has acquired a majority stake in Moscow based Nasta-Insurance. The transaction gives the Swiss-based company a 66% stake.
Together with Zurich’s existing Russian businesses, this acquisition make the group the largest foreign general insurer in Russia.
