Russian giant gets full control of Italian steel producer
The Russian steel giant Evraz has got full control of Italy's Palini e Bertoli company.
Evraz paid 76 million euros for the additional 25% stake in the steel plate producer.
The firm bought an initial 75% stake in Palini e Bertoli in August 2005.
