Pathfinders: Creating a Western-style service in Russia

The challenge of doing business in Russia is to grow your business as fast as the demand grows, says Robert Courtney, Senior Executive Director at Retail Profile Russia.

He came to the country in the ‘90s to open an American-style dental clinic. Courtney remembers that back then, the business environment left plenty of scope to skirt around the law, but that has now changed.“Today the rules are more modern, more strict.
