Interview with Yury Roslyak

New figures show net private capital inflows into Russia rose 96% in 2007 to 82 billion dollars.  More than two thirds of that sum came to the Russian capital. But Moscow’s First Deputy Mayor Yury Roslyak says he wants the city to receive more.
