Texas secessionist group raided, feds confiscate phones & fingerprint attendees

Texas secessionist group 'Republic of Texas' is arguing that its right to assembly was violated due to a federal agent’s raid during the group's meeting. Law enforcement is claiming the raid was in response to the group sending a legal summons to a county judge.
