A hot air balloon narrowly avoided an encounter with traffic as it came down over a busy road in Leicestershire. The downfall of the balloon was filmed from a car as it passed within feet of the road.

“The balloon landed on top of a field gate. Both occupants escaped injury but were just a bit shaken,” Kim Foskett, who posted the a video of the balloon to YouTube, said.

Foskett said the balloon came down on Saturday over the A6, close to Market Harborough in the UK.

ICP Cleaning Services, a business based in Market Harborough, has its name on the balloon. RT.com contacted ICP but have not received a response.

In 2015 a balloon also carrying ICP’s name was photographed narrowly avoiding an estate in Harborough.
