A nail-biting video shows a jumper in a near brush with death after he leapt off a cliff in southern California without scoping it out first.
The edge of your seat footage shows the jumper trespassing a fence and making his way to a rocky cliff edge at El Morro, Crystal Cove, California.

He then goes for the plunge, without giving it as much as a second thought.
The severity of the situation quickly becomes clear, however, and the adrenaline seeker is heard screaming as he grazes against the rocks.
Miraculously he splashes into the water without any major injury.
“I walked away from this jump with a minor scrape on my back. How? I do not know. All I do know is that I probably won’t be attempting this jump any time soon!” he wrote under his YouTube video.
Many branded the jumper as an idiot while others envied his fearlessness – either way, it appears he’s learned his lesson.
