With the help of a helmet-mounted 360 camera it feels like you are watching an FPS – but instead it’s a real elite anti-terrorist unit running through a hostage-rescue scenario.
The video was shot by RT in Moscow, where the police Special Rapid Response Unit – known as SOBR – train at their dedicated base.
For this scenario, the drone-aided unit had to surround a building where ‘hostages’ are being held, climb to the roof, rappel down and then neutralize the ‘terrorists’ without civilian ‘casualties’.
