A survey in the United States has found that 49% of those asked say America should “mind its own business in the world” – while another 44% insist their country should “go its own way no matter what anyone else thinks.”

Anti-war campaigner Shaun Bowen told RT that Americans have begun seeing what US expansiveness costs them.

“Americans have seen what has happened with the economy, they see the growth of the expansion of federal power, they see all that stuff coming down and they are able to see that it’s because of our expansiveness, because of our empire, that it’s starting to cost them and their pockets more,” Shaun Bowen says.

He added that earlier the USA were the ones who were lending money, but now those seeking money go to Europe, to China, to Saudi Arabia, to Argentina, everywhere – to ask for money.
